✓ Mental Health Care
  • Using standard-of-care treatments – psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medications and/or therapy
  • With a little extra: evidence-informed integrative psychiatry utilizing complimentary/alternative options, spiritual integration, supportive therapy, coaching, nutrition and education.
  • We diagnose and treat the following:
    • ADHD
    • Anxiety (generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety)
    • Depression
    • Trauma-related symptoms
    • Autism – We cannot diagnose autism, this requires a psychological evaluation. We can screen for Autism and make recommendations for further evaluation

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. Psalm 23:1-3

This verse amplifies our true source of hope, and that source can help us experience the serenity of green pastures and the peacefulness of still waters. This is the inspiration for the name we chose for our practice in 2020, during the heart of the global pandemic, when hope was bleak.
