About Us

Mission Statement:

To support and serve people by providing Whole. Person. Care.

Vision Statement:

We treat the whole person using evidence-based treatment approaches that links mind, body, and spirit, providing integrated primary care and mental health services. Our approach is simple: we willingly and joyfully serve others first. People – our clients, our employees, our partners, and our communities – come first.

Core Values:

Trusting relationships: Foundational to any therapeutic and healthy relationship.

Empathy: Meeting people where they are and seeking to truly understand problems, emotions, feelings, symptoms, or thoughts.

Understanding: We continuously seek to understand the deep connections between physical, mental, and spiritual health, and help you understand your own interconnectedness.

Holistic: Treating the whole person – mind, body, spirit

Listening: Taking our time to really get to know your story. It often takes time to build a therapeutic relationship, and we take the time to engage in active listening.

Evidence-based: Conventional best-practices using pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment modalities, and incorporation of proven complimentary treatments. .

We view people as individuals, created by God – each with unique goals, needs, and attributes. Each person is special and deserves to experience their own self-worth, and to be treated with dignity and respect.

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil;
For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.” (Psalm 23, NKJV).

Our History

Founded in Clearfield Pennsylvania in July 2020, Still Waters originated as a psychiatric mental health practice with very humble beginnings. With hard work and God’s grace, the practice grew quickly, and the current Clearfield office location was opened in October 2020. All clinical and administrative duties were completed by Dawn, Mandie, and Brad.

Soon, Mandie joined and ran the business operations, and it became clear that an integrated model of primary care and psychiatric mental health was the next step. Mandie opened the primary care arm of Still Waters Mental Health Services in June 2021, and the practice changed their official business name to Still Waters Family Health Services to better represent the services provided.

The practice continued to grow, and the medically-assisted weight management service was opened in January 2022. The office space in Clearfield doubled in size in March 2022 with the Clearfield office expansion.

Now, the office offers primary medical care, mental health medication management, psychotherapy, medically-assisted weight management, CDL physicals, sports physicals, school physicals, and Juli’s therapy dog, “Happy”, often accompanies her in the office!
